Citizens For Picture Rocks is a non-profit all volunteer community improvement organization incorporated as a 501(c)(4). It was founded in   2002 by a group of residents concerned with crime in the community.

Citizens For Picture Rocks (C4PR) meets at 6:30 p.m. on the third Tuesday of the month (except July and December) at the Picture Rocks Community Center, 5615 N. Sanders Road, with Meet And Greet Your Neighbor social time beginning at 6:00 p.m.

Meetings are free and open to the public. Membership is not required to attend but membership is required for voting privileges.  Annual membership dues are $12 per person. C4PR sponsored activities are listed throughout the website.

Meetings usually have guest speakers of interest to the community.   Guest speakers have included office holders and candidates for public office, representatives from Sheriff’s and Fire Departments, Trico Electric, Pima County Flood Control and other County departments, Old Pueblo Archaeology, Saguaro National Park, Pima Animal Care Center, Marana Unified School District, and others, — addressing a wide range of community interests and concerns.

The Coordinating Committee, which takes suggestions and sets the agenda for the monthly meetings meets on the first Wednesday of the month at 6:30 p.m. at the Picture Rocks Community Center, 5615 N. Sanders Road.  Everyone is welcome to sit in on these meetings.
